Through guided practices, reflection, and integration, we will explore how each element shows up when it’s in balance — and how imbalance can create blockages in our body and mind. By reconnecting with the alchemy of the four elements, you will discover practical tools to harmonize them and bring more clarity, vitality, and alignment to your daily life.
