This experience includes intentional Ballet classes for Men and Women designed to reconnect you with your body through grace, alignment and Breath.
Jada DeNae started studying the classical arts of dance at the early age of 3. For the next 15 years she competed nationally with Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-hop, and Pom. She relocated to Costa Rica in February of 2025 and since has founded a school called Nurtured Dance Conservatory at which she teaches Ballet and Tap to children ages 5-11 and adults.
In her classes, you’ll focus on foundational movements such as pliés, tendus, and floor stretches that awaken strength, balance, and fluidity. This class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned movers seeking to restore presence, poise, and embodied awareness through the art of Ballet.
Perfect for Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced level dancers. Lady Jada DeNae will also be offering a Beginner Level Tap class.
